Design Deliverables
Upon full payment for design services, you receive ownership rights to the final approved designs as specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Payment and Fees
Payment terms for design services are established in individual service agreements. General payment guidelines include:
- • All prices are listed in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- • Payment schedules vary by service and project scope
- • Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension
- • We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- → DesignCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- → Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
- → We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
